Terms of Service

By submitting a form, uploading a document, or making a payment on this site, you agree to the following terms.
1. What we provide
We provide an independent review of the AML/CTF policy you submit, assessed against MiCA, EMI, and PI regulatory frameworks as applicable to your licence type and jurisdiction. Depending on the service you select, this includes either a one-time gap-check report or ongoing monthly re-review.
2. Not legal advice
This service provides a compliance gap assessment based on publicly available regulatory requirements and our professional experience. It does not constitute legal advice, and does not guarantee regulatory approval, licensing success, or freedom from regulatory action. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions and for seeking qualified legal counsel where appropriate.
3. Turnaround time
Reports are delivered within 3 business days of receiving your complete submission (all required form fields and policy document). Delays in providing complete information may extend this timeframe.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of submission via the payment link provided. The one-time Policy Gap Check is a single, non-recurring fee. The Ongoing Monthly Monitoring service is billed monthly and continues until cancelled by you.
5. Cancellation
For the monthly monitoring service, you may cancel at any time. To cancel, use the link provided in your payment confirmation email, or contact us at contact@compliancegap.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for the current month.
6. Refunds
Because work begins upon submission, the one-time Policy Gap Check fee is non-refundable once the review has commenced. If you have not yet received your report and wish to withdraw your submission before review begins, contact us to discuss a refund.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your submitted policy and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required to deliver the service (e.g. secure form and payment processing) or by law.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of our report.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
